When there is a roll of an attack ability vs. a defence power and the person defending looses they take a Wound. Noting down a Wound says how you are harmed. If you get five wounds you are knocked out.
Wounds go away at the end of the thread. Any Wounds you want to keep outside the thread can be kept for roleplaying purposes. Wounds can carry over to a new thread if the new thread is started due to length, IE Battle aftermath thread.
